I weighed myself for the first time since November.

And there was no change.

So far I have been at this since August of 2020 and I have lost only 13lbs. It has been mostly very very slow but steady weight loss for me using CICO and exercise but over the holiday(s) I stopped counting calories (but continued exercise!) and managed to not gain any weight. That's great, don't get me wrong, but I'm a little disappointed I didn't keep losing since I was still trying to be conscientious of what I ate. At the very least I had a little taste of maintaining without counting and now its back to the CICO grind (two weeks late but hey I got there).

Cheers to everyone else lagging a bit at getting back on the wagon.
