Hi everyone. I have a total of about 110 lbs to lose and it feels like such a daunting task. I’ve lost 17 lbs of that already, which I should be proud of but it’s hard when I have so much to go. I have never weighed this much before and even getting into the 100 club seems forever away. It’s hard for me to feel good about myself in this body. I don’t go out as much as I used to and my self esteem is pretty low. Does anyone have any ideas or tips to celebrate the little victories and to have a better self image?
