I started my weight loss journey 4 weeks ago and so far I only almost 2 pounds. I feel like this pace is a bit too slow for my liking, I heard that people often lose 1 pound every week but that seems kinda impossible for me, maybe it's because Im smaller? also is there any way that I can lose weight faster without cutting carbs? i fuckin love carbs and the carbs i eat are actually healthy low GI and all that, also when i tried going low-carb once i felt so tired and nauseous so i quit, i'll never do that again. In general my diet is healthy and im at a deficit but i struggle when it comes to exercise due to laziness lol, I do try though, on average i exercise almost (almost lol) 3 times a week but my goal is to be able to stick to a regular exercise routine where i exercise 4-5 times a week with enough strength training and cardio but dammit laziness always gets the best of me, the only exercise I can stick to is walking, I do it everyday no matter what without fail I walk 10,000 steps a day and it has done a lot for me but i think i need more exercise than this.
is there anything i can do about this? i'll do anything especially if it has nothing to do with exercise lmao.
