For starters, I would like to give you some of my background and where I am at in my weight loss journey. I have been working for over a year and a half now to lose weight. I have successfully lost just over 100 pounds, but still have several hundred to go (currently at 444lbs.) Now on to the main point.
I was wondering if anyone here has ever heard of or used the product Soylent? I started to use it a few months ago and thought it would make for an easy and convenient way to get my lunches in. I am not really good at mornings and often forget to pack a lunch. I hit a plateau in my weight loss and did like I have in the past, just continued to push through. I would have some successful weeks and other weeks that I actually went up when seemingly I did nothing wrong. It has gone on for some time now and I think I finally found what is causing it... The Soylent.
I noticed that my weight gain weeks typically lined up with when my shipments of Soylent came in and my weight loss weeks were when I forgot to order and just had other food.
Has anyone else had experience with with meal replacement or know why this may have been the case for me. I have heard of others using this to lose weight with no issue, so I was just looking for some more insight. Thanks!
