Hello lovely losers!
A new month is starting which means a new Daily Accountability Challenge!
This is the sign up post to make your goals for the month.
There will be a daily post for you to post your progress on said goals.
At the end of the month, there will be a wrap up to talk about your general progress & how you feel about everything! If you miss the sign up post, you're always welcome to hop in, the waters fine!
You can also read everyone else's progress & commiserate, congratulate & whatever else needs ating. Your goals can be weight loss or general health related, creative, self care or whatever else you need to focus your mental energy on. We try to foster a supportive place to chat about your successes & failures & what you've learned from both.
Leading by example, here are my goals, subject to mild tweaks as needed!
Weight by end of month (lose 5-10 lbs): X this morning, X trend weight. I'll base the goal here off my last weigh in for August.
Stay in calorie goal (weekly average): 1500 ish is the general sweet spot.
Exercise 5 days a week: Habitual but I want to continue to chase higher intensity stuff, more HIIT & more strength training! X/X days.
Limit purchased coffee drinks (3 a week): Just want to spend less here. X/13 (monthly total allowed).
No fast food: I make bad choices around this kind of food & can’t seem to moderate so the goal is to have none. X/X days.
Self-care treat once a week: Need to keep up on this, can include journaling. X/X weeks.
Practice drawing with pencils/art supplies: Still enjoying this even if I’m not great at it!
Try a new recipe once a week: I’ve been having some food apathy lately. I want to feel a little more checked into the food I’m fueling my body with so new stuff! X/4 weeks.
