I've been feeling unmotivated since I've been at a plateau for two weeks. I seen this idea elsewhere, and this can possibly help you too! From 5lb to 100lb, write down one benefit from your weight loss journey until now.
- My face looks clearer.
- I have more energy.
- I'm much more flexible.
- I have a stronger desire to exercise.
- I prepare food more often.
- I crave healthy food.
- It feels freeing to eat light.
- I can resist food temptations easier.
- Some of my clothes are looser.
- My mind is much more clear.
- I have more endurance when exercising.
- I have collarbones?
- I can jog much longer on a treadmill!
- I have a pair of tights that look much better on me.
- I'm more self-disciplined.
- My good habits is benefiting my family.
- I have more respect for people who lose large amounts of weight.
- I actually like bananas more than I thought!
- I drink more water and prefer water at most chances.
- Eating huge amounts of food isn't compelling to me anymore. (Unless it's pizza or teriyaki chicken ngl)
- I love veggies so much more!
- My butt looks much better.
- My skin has improved!
- My legs are stronger. I can push with 40lb on an exercise machine without much trouble.
- I look better in some clothes. (Though I can't wait to be at a normal weight, I have so many styles I want to try)
- I feel much more confident.
- I'm gaining more self respect now that I'm setting goals and achieving them.
- Although still overweight, I feel sexier.
- I learned what my body shape is, before I had no idea.
- I can look forward to seeing what I am at a healthy weight. I can't remember the last time I was.
