30 benefits from my journey for 30 lb lost. Please share the lb you've lost and one benefit from each lb!

I've been feeling unmotivated since I've been at a plateau for two weeks. I seen this idea elsewhere, and this can possibly help you too! From 5lb to 100lb, write down one benefit from your weight loss journey until now.

  1. My face looks clearer.
  2. I have more energy.
  3. I'm much more flexible.
  4. I have a stronger desire to exercise.
  5. I prepare food more often.
  6. I crave healthy food.
  7. It feels freeing to eat light.
  8. I can resist food temptations easier.
  9. Some of my clothes are looser.
  10. My mind is much more clear.
  11. I have more endurance when exercising.
  12. I have collarbones?
  13. I can jog much longer on a treadmill!
  14. I have a pair of tights that look much better on me.
  15. I'm more self-disciplined.
  16. My good habits is benefiting my family.
  17. I have more respect for people who lose large amounts of weight.
  18. I actually like bananas more than I thought!
  19. I drink more water and prefer water at most chances.
  20. Eating huge amounts of food isn't compelling to me anymore. (Unless it's pizza or teriyaki chicken ngl)
  21. I love veggies so much more!
  22. My butt looks much better.
  23. My skin has improved!
  24. My legs are stronger. I can push with 40lb on an exercise machine without much trouble.
  25. I look better in some clothes. (Though I can't wait to be at a normal weight, I have so many styles I want to try)
  26. I feel much more confident.
  27. I'm gaining more self respect now that I'm setting goals and achieving them.
  28. Although still overweight, I feel sexier.
  29. I learned what my body shape is, before I had no idea.
  30. I can look forward to seeing what I am at a healthy weight. I can't remember the last time I was.
