Help with weight loss

Hi. This is my first time on the sub. Kinda decided I wanna start losing weight but didn't have any friends to turn to, but when in doubt, ask reddit. I'm a 19 year old asian dude weighing 100kg (220 pounds?) with a height of 170cm (5'8"?) and I've been sustaining that weight for the last six months with no diet control or anything. My low self esteem and difficulty in buying clohes kinda motivated me to look for how to lose weight, but I have no idea how. So I turn to reddit for help. I don't (think?) I eat a lot since I've been sustaining my 100kg for half a year without calorie control. I work as a sales person so I'm standing the whole day. I know people say running is the best way to lose weight but I leave at 0845 while coming home at 2000 and lets say I'm not in a safe neighbourhood. So if possible, I would prefer at-home workouts. For my target, I wanna try losing around 20kg (Or more) in six months i guess (not really sure if thats possible but whatevs). Particularly, I have big amounts of belly and thigh fat which I would love getting rid of. So to whoever responds to this, thanks in advance.
