I just don’t know what I was thinking. I haven’t done this for the past 2 months that I’ve been on my weight loss journey. Today I just decided it would be a great idea to eat like 7 kitkat minis and some coca cola candies. I added it all up in MFP and I literally consumed a bit more than half of my daily intake -_- and I haven’t even had a real meal today. I feel like shit now. I guess the only good thing that has come out of this is now I know how bad it feels so I won’t make a slip-up like this again. But now I pretty much have to eat a small meal and starve for the rest of the day if I do get hungry for the sake of not going over my limit. Guess I should probably also hit the weights today and hop on the treadmill for at least an hour.
For anyone out there who is prone to this kind of thing, yeah don't do it - feels real bad right now.
