European Accountability Challenge - 11th September

Hello all fellow Losers,

How are you all onthis Tueaday of the month? How is your day going and how are you doing on achieving your goals? Have you manage to resist temptation or have you been a little naughty and had one too many treats? How about exercise- are you doing more of it or have you done anything. We know that weight loss is about food intake and that exercise accounts for about 20% but it is good for you.

Ok, firstly, I know I'm very guilty of posting this very late, and so I'm sorry for any inconvenience this has caused you. Today has been rushed and I'm only getting a second to breath. You can get the violins out as I'm still at work as I frantically type this as part of my commitment to you lovely people.

Moving on, please do share your NSV, SV and anything else that is happening in your life in the journey to life improvement. What is happening in your world? What advice can you share or maybe you would like to use us a sounding board for choices available in your life?

Those of you who are just joining us, this is a daily accountability thread where you post your successes, your detours and your goals, as well as how you are achieveing them. All and everone is welcome!

side-note. I believe that my collegue may have just found out my uswer name :(
