Semi new person/lurker, lost 100 pounds in 7 months (started at 240, currently at 140)

Hello, I’ve been lurking on here for a hot minute now and man have I seen some inspiring posts. I started my weight loss journey some time in July last year, I wanna say the 4th, I was doing it for a man I was with who went off to the navy, I wanted to surprise him when he came back but he ended up dumping me about 4 weeks into boot camp, I kept going despite this little stumble and lost the weight in about 6-7 months. I wanted to get it all out of the way ASAP because I knew I had health problems and I was sick of being the fat girl yknow? Now I’m currently toning to try and lose loose skin for someone else, it’s not terrible but noticeable, so here’s my question to everyone, how did you lose your loose skin? How much did you have when you stopped losing? I feel immensely better now and I plan to move forward and try to either gain in muscle or lose more fat so here’s to hoping I can achieve that 😄
