What data do you wish you'd tracked?

Hello losers!

So I've been tracking just my weight forever (Happy Scale, highly recommend), then added waist measurement (just on Excel), then just recently added chest/hips/thighs/forearm (I weirdly carry a lot of fat in my forearms and it seems to be the last thing to go). Looking back what else do you wish you'd tracked? I'm a data person and am hoping this will help reboot my motivation - I am in a major plateau both weight- and motivation-wise. I wish I'd asked this more towards the beginning of my weight loss journey, but oh well! I'd love to hear what helped motivate you guys / was cool to look back at down the road!

Bonus Edit for Length: I'm thinking a "% of starting weight" column could be fun motivation-wise - especially since I don't have my starting measurements in this dataset it'll be a nice way to remind myself I've come farther than this Excel sheet shows.

Bonus Bonus Edit for Length: I just started grad school and am learning R and Stata and would love the practice if anyone has any more stats-y weight projects that could be cool to run!
