Heya, As my username implies, I have dwarfism, however I am quite tall for my condition (141cm or 4"7 I think), and my looking at me, as a female I do look obviously very short, but not with the body type and shape you associate with dwarfism, so many people don't immediately know unless I tell them. A consequence of any weight is increased pressure on your joints, and for dwarves this is really bad, as my joints are fucked yo, so I am trying to lose weight. My biggest issue is though, that many calorie counters wont give me anything under 1300 cal a day unless it is considered a fast day. By following CICO at 1300, I have definitely been eating healthier and have vastly reduced my sugar intake, but I am not noticing very much weight loss as 1300 basically maintains my current weight. At this point in time, I don't have the money to go to a nutritionist, however I don't know what to base my calorie counts on as when I was at a healthier weight (38kg and yes that can be normal weight range for me), I could remain quite stable weight at something that would be considered a fast for someone else.
Does someone have advice for a healthy and long-term maintanance for me to lose weight? Heavy exercise, or honestly lots of exercise aside from very minimal swimming is off the table for me rn as I recently and unrelatedly dislocated a knee, so I need to find a better CICO, but I don't want to go extreme, as I can happily exist of 500 calories a day and not feel hungry, but will evenually feel very weak.
