Over the past year I had lost a pretty decent amount of weight. I went from 188lb to 165lb at a steady rate, eating 1800 cals but with no significant exercise. I then fasted for 29 days in Ramadan, paying no attention to my diet as I wanted to ensure I was eating enough to energize myself for my exams in that same period. I came out of Ramadan at 166lb, one pound heavier. After this, I decided to limit my calories to 1700. I lost that extra pound in 3 days. Since then, my weight fluctuated around 165lb for the past two weeks, despite the lowered calorie intake, and 3x330 calorie runs per week.
