Howdy everyone! 18F at ~185lbs.
I suppose my main issue is that I have a binge-eating problem, likely a coping mechanism developed from poor mental health. I lack self-control when it comes to eating, and my appetite never stops. I’m also not as active as I would like to be.
I need to change my lifestyle and turn things around. I’m entering university this fall, and I have aspirations to travel while still young.
Does anyone have any tips on how to better my cholesterol, and more importantly, gain some self-control over what I eat?
