I've been rubber banding weight loss for as long as I can remember. Going from 260 to 215 and then back to 270 etc. I've lost a lot of weight in the past but last year I hit my highest ever weight of 300+ (I didn't weigh myself because I was self-conscious but I was easily 310). I got all the way down to 230 last November and then lost myself over the winter holidays and have been gaining ever since. I'm currently around 270 and I don't know how to turn this ship around. I saw a post about ADHD medication really helping with weight loss so I've started that journey but if anyone has any helpful tips, I'd love to hear it.
