I weigh myself everyday at the same time, right after using the restroom in the morning. In the last week I've dropped 6 pounds going from 236.4 lbs down to 230.8 lbs. This didn't occur at one weigh in either, I've roughly lost a pound a day since last Tuesday. I thought I had my water weight under control being able to predict when it would go up or down slightly based on what I had eaten the night before but apparently not.
I weigh all my foods with a food scale and have been roughly getting in 1,400 to 1,500 calories a day for the last several weeks. This large weight loss just has me really confused, has anybody seen anything similar?
