This is an update after my 45 day post.
Started on June 20, 2018 as a 336 lbs, 35 year old male. Still male, but current weight is now 273 lbs, a total loss of 63 lbs.
I've included charts of all my data points (taken twice daily) from the last 90 days, including weight and lean muscle mass, calories in and calories out, food and macro nutrient intake, and exercise duration.

Some important notes:
- I met with my physician before beginning weight loss. My weight loss is physician monitored, including monthly blood tested monthly. My physician specializes in treating obesity. I'm not American, so it doesn't cost me anything.
- I'm not following a specific diet plan besides counting calories in and out. I'm naturally a one meal a day (OMAD) eater, in that I am not hungry throughout the day and tend to eat my calories as one larger meal at the end of the day. I'm not intentionally following OMAD as a weight loss strategy, it's just been my default behavior for the past 20 years.
- I am taking a daily multivitamin that ranks highly on Labdoor (https://labdoor.com/rankings/multivitamins) and an Omega-3 supplement (https://examine.com/supplements/fish-oil/) that also ranks highly on Labdoor.
I hope this may help other obese people to take the first step and just start. You can see dramatic loss in a short period of time with only CICO and daily exercise. Happy to answer questions about this data.
