Day One again...

Hey all, I'm new to reddit and found this subreddit yesterday. Glad to have found such a supportive and motivational community.

So I've been focusing on weight loss and fitness for a while now, I started a couple years ago when I was pushing 230lbs, got down to 206-208 and teetered there for a while. At the end of July I left for vacation weighing 193lbs and I came back weighing 204lbs at the end of August. I now weigh 207lbs and I need to grab control of this situation. My goal weight has been 175lbs for years. I'm 5ft 9.5in. I exercise a ton: I bike, I skateboard, and I weight lift. Before my vacation I was biking 30 miles a day on average, pushing myself to burn 2000 to 2500 calories during the weekdays and 3000+ on weekends. I feel I've been super lazy since I came back so I'm trying to find that motivation that helped push me before. I've also slacked on my diet, starting the day out healthy and losing sight of that as the day progresses.

Here's to my last day one (hopefully haha)!
