Has anyone here lost a substantial amount of weight and had little to no loose skin afterwards?

First things first, I know that loose skin happens to tons of people (probably most people) when they lose a significant amount of weight. It is to be expected and there's nothing wrong with it -- having saggy skin and a longer, better life is always better than tighter skin with a shorter, unhappy life. I also know that a lot of it has to do with genetics, age, how big you are, how you take care of your skin and body in general, etc.

But I'm curious because I know people exist who fit this description.

So, has anyone here lost a substantial amount of weight and had little to no loose skin afterwards? What was your weight loss story like (in terms of diet, exercise routine, and skincare routine)?
