This absolutely BAFFLES me.
I’m down 60 pounds and have lost it very slowly but steadily.
I was 267 in July 2019, lost 20 pounds, and then got serious about weight loss again this past October.
I’m now down 41 pounds since then and am at just under 207.
But all my bigger, elastic waist clothes that I was wearing 50+ pounds ago still fit.
It’s weird though.
Some days they slide right off me to the point where I can’t take a few steps and then there will be stretches where they fit “normally”.
Can water weight affect the waist that much?
I’m relatively short for a guy (just under 5’6) but carry a lot of weight in my butt and my hips (but I think that’s genetic because my sister does too and she’s pretty thin and in shape).
Anyway I started trying on clothes that are 6 years old that fit when I was the same weight I am now and THEY ALL FIT.
How on earth is this possible?
