Just a quick update. I didn’t measure or anything but I want to soon. Need to find one. Lost one pound but yesterday it was 3 so it’s water weight. Wish I could stay at 281 lol, I’m at 283.
But today I noticed how much my chest shrunk!! It was almost all the way down to my stomach, and as a woman that’s VERY uncomfortable. It hurt my back, and I could barely walk for a long period of time. Now I can thankfully. Still hurts for a 8 hour shift probably, Which I hope to be working very soon. I wish my chest was smaller and the weight was in my stomach like everyone else, it would be a lot easier and faster. I’d be at 250 all along, Cause it added about 20 lbs on my chest.
But anyway, I’m so happy with my progress even if it’s inches! I look better and thinner, Even in my chest, I’m happy when I look in the mirror! Thank god, Because before I was so depressed every time I did. Such a difference from June 2nd to today! (June 19th)
I am on a 30 day break from social media (Reddit too starting tomorrow) and I will be doing yoga and Pilates every single day, I tried to make myself stretch every morning and I saw results within 2 weeks! That was a while ago back in May, So I can’t wait to see my results in June/July. My last post was so negative but trying to have a better mindset on my weight loss journey. Because if you stick to the negatives it will never work. You’ll want to give up. But that’s the good thing- I will NEVER want to give up, And I see myself with a healthier lifestyle for the rest of my life. I will keep looking up new recipes to try, I already tried something new (that I already had in the freezer!) I had Gardein ground beef, (They used ground turkey) With frozen peppers and mozzarella, a little bit of ranch and it was like a hamburger casserole to me! I highly recommend it for lunch.
