Question on dieting for weight loss?

I am a 5’7 21 year old male who weighs approximately 210-215 pounds. I’ve gained 65 pounds in 3 years and want to lose weight and get back down to 160ish.

Im tired of looking fat and have acquired hella stretch marks and want to feel better about myself and finally have decided that now is the time. Exercising for me isn’t an issue, it’s mainly going to be how and what I eat. I’ve been looking into meal prepping but don’t really know what is healthy as in meats, grains, etc.

For breakfast I eat cereal, mainly Cheerios with some milk. I regularly drink water throughout the day as well. For lunch I eat a granola bar, banana, pbj sandwich, and some triscuits. For dinner I would probably plan on meal prepping but as of right now I just grab what ever is in my freezer.

Anyone got some good recipes and/or tips and tricks on how and what to meal prep for dinner?
