Hey guys! I was 250lb 2 years ago and cranked down to 144lb. around winter gyms were closed in Canada (still are) and because of the weight loss I get cold very easily. so around January I cut my calories to 1350kcal which is extremely low for a guy. buy march I was around 145lb from 160lb. but since march, I've been at a 145lb weight. I added cardio and bought weights a few months ago and got a little leaner and more muscular. but the weight was the same, and for the past 2 months, other than bigger arms I have not improved. I've been stuck with the top 2 abs since February. How do i get leaner without being in a bigger deficit? (i do about 500-600 calories worth of cardio a day already)
TL;DR I've been on 1350kcal for about 4-5 months. I do about 500kcal of cardio but my body has not improved in months. how do I break this plateau? don't want to starve to death by getting in a bigger deficit.
