21 one day weight loss challenge. Day 2 > starting weight 349lbs - Goal is 329lbs.

Breakfast: Egg markers, fat free shredded cheese, 2oz deli ham, carb balance flour tortilla. Total 258 calories.

Lunch: Low calorie bread, 4oz ham, light mayo. Total 215 calories.

Dinner: Carb Balance Tortilla (x2), 4oz lean steak, low moisture mozzarella stick, motz cheese slice, 4 tbsp light sour cream. total 530 calories.

Snacks: waffle (x2), sugar free syrup, turkey sandwhich. Total 380

Daily calorie total: 1382.

Spent an hour at the gym, 30 minutes nustep, 15 minute walk (back issues), 100 leg presses at 50 lbs, and 100 lat pull downs at 50lbs.
