so i’m 21F, 5’4, 190lbs (possibly down a pound ? hard to tell rn if it’s just water retention or wtv causes fluctuations). my fitness pal says i need to consume 1510 cal a day to lose weight as i selected lightly active too. for right now, im just doing cardio (will incorporate strength training next week or two). ive been doing 2.5-4.0 mph walking pace on an inclined for 4 days of the week so far and i do walk or bike to work monday-friday which is 0.6 miles away (i sit at a desk too).
my goal weight is 140lbs. i’ve been reading that losing 1lb/week is the most healthy way to lose weight and also best way to ensure the weight stays off.
is this starting off on the right track ? should i change anything while im still early ?
