As I reach the end of my weight loss it's hard to tell what is reality and what is in my head. I am 5'5. My starting weight was 205 and I'm down to 144 now. My original "realistic" goal was 140-145 but when I look at myself I feel like another 10-15 pounds off is in order but every time I mention that I get comments about how I don't need to lose more and that I'll look skeletal with another 15 pounds off. I know I have a touch of not seeing reality because even at 40lbs down I struggled seeing the change in myself. I've only now started to see the change in my body at 60lbs down. Anyone else struggle with this?
