I'm nearly 12 weeks postpartum (which I know isn't that long) and while I had heard breastfeeding can help with weight loss, that doesn't seem to be the case for me. I'm as active as my body can manage (min. 3km walk 5 days a week, yoga 3 days a week), but where I'm struggling is diet. Feeding my baby is a lot of work and I'm so hungry that I feel like I'm constantly grazing in the kitchen. I'm also craving a lot of salt and sugar, which isn't helping.
During the pregnancy, I had gestational diabetes and while it's gone now, I know I need to get myself into better shape to keep it away in the long run.
Has anyone been in a similar situation? Any advice for me? I want to be healthy for myself and my family, but it feels *so* hard.
