My weight loss has plateaued, how do I break this?

F(20) H: 5’5 SW: 256 CW: 198 GW: 150

I started my journey last September, and have had small frustrating plateaus but this has been going on since April 18th. I hit a low of 196.9 and haven’t seen that number since. I increased my calories by 100(1400 per day, plus partial extra calories if I go to the gym) because I was feeling hungry during the day, but I’m still about 600 calories under the maintenance calories for my current weight. I was exercising around 4-5 times a week, and eating back some of the calories I burned at the gym, not all just in case the total was calculated wrong. I haven’t been to the gym in probably 1.5-2 weeks now. I got the second vaccine and was super sick for about a week. Though I’ve read that exercise is like 20% weigh loss and diet is 80%. So why have I hit this wall all of a sudden and how do I fix it? I plan to start going back to the gym but this started before I wasn’t going anymore. Obviously I’m not going to quit my diet, it’s just really starting to get to me and make me upset to not see any weight loss when I’m still putting in the effort. Thoughts or solutions? Thanks in advance.
