Any of you have some good advice for emotional eating? I’ve been trying to lose weight for some time, but every single time something stressful comes up in my life I find myself eating more and more sugar. I’ve tried to only keep it to diet sodas so it won’t make me gain anything, but when the stress comes it seems impossible to stop eating!! My normal eating habits like breakfast, lunch and dinner are no problem, but at worst I can eat 1500-2000calories just in chocolate bars, which feels horrible when I know this is the one thing I need to get control over to actually achieve my weight loss goal of 10kg.
