I recently lost almost 80 pounds and am pretty satisfied with how the weight loss turned out. My stomach is flat, lost weight on my legs, back fat has disappeared as well as my double chin. I'm around a size 4 now from a size 14. The only thing that is still bothering me is my arms. I feel like they're still very fat and large, and it looks weird and disproportionate to how the rest of my body looks. People I know have told me that I'm exaggerating and I have lost weight on my arms, and I definitely can see from comparison photos that they have absolutely gotten smaller, but they still look much bigger than the rest of my body now and it looks so weird to me. I've tried lifting weights, I Jog and take walks, my diet is extremely low carb and low in salt - and like I said the exercising has worked for literally EVERY part of my body except my arms. Does anyone have any advice???
