I was trying to see where the coyotes hang out in my yard so I can make my little dogs safer, and all I captured are ten photos that are concrete proof of what the last year and half of desk sitting and stress eating has done to my ass. I'm back where I started after losing 30 pounds three years ago. I knew it because my fat clothes fit again, but I really needed those photos as a wake up call.
CICO and IF aren't working as well as last time, so after reading a bunch of stuff about perimenopause and hormonal effects on weight and talking to my doctor, I'm reducing carbs as well. Since I'm vegan and eat a lot of beans, this is going to be a challenge.
If anyone had any advice on things that were helpful for weight loss in middle age, easy low carb veg meal ideas, or stories about accidentally traumatizing yourself with your own camera, I'm here for it.
