Stuck just above 200 lbs for 2 months now, doing everything right but no progress in weight loss

31M 5'9"

Over 9 months, from 11.1.20 to 8.1.21, I lost over 70 lbs going from 275 lbs/31% BF to 202 lbs/20% BF.

I did this by dropping my avg daily calorie intake to 1500 (didn't track macros) and also since Feb, doing yoga, cardio via elliptical & weight lifting twice a week for each, totalling about ~3 hours of physical activity every week. I measure my body monthly and have also been dropping inches all over during the 9 months. I was experiencing an avg of 7-8 lbs of weight loss a month up until August.

Since 8.1 though, my weight has stalled around ~202. My only reprieve was a couple weeks ago where I was hit by a case of the water shits like someone turned a faucet on and the next day hit 199.8 lbs, but back to ~202 lbs as of today. A month ago I increased my calorie intake to 1700.

  1. I know my calories are correct because I track everything I eat/drink, and I'll have a not-crazy cheat day 1-2 times a month
  2. Been doing IF daily, ~16:8
  3. I started taking a serving of creatine after each weightlifting session last month, but as long as I'm in a deficit, any water retention shouldn't be that big of a deal right?
  4. According to TDEE calcs, I should be burning an avg of 2600 kcal a day (and even if my TDEE went down because I've been in a deficit, no way it went so low that I wouldn't be losing weight at my calorie intake)

By my math and knowing the facts, I should be dropping weight, yet I'm stuck around ~202.

So what do you think is going?
