I've lost quite a bit of weight developed hypoglycemia and took a break. I exercised more moderately and ate at my maintenance calories. My hypoglycemia went away, but now that I'm losing again it's returned to no one, including doctor's surprise.
My issue is that I can't seem to eat the amount of calories I need to lose a lb a week without develop hypoglycemia, which then leads to requiring more food, and I end up gaining. It turns into cycle. I've seen a dietitian, and I eat the types of things I am told. But I still up in this cycle, especially if I exercise.
So, I'm seeking the advice of my fellow hypoglycemics as to what has helped them with weight loss.
