Anyone else experiencing this? I’m a woman, whose been a wide variety of weights. I went on a diet two months ago, and changed my habits somewhat. I went from 188 lbs to 170.
I’ve maintained 170 for the past while, not really making an effort to lose weight, but moreso watching it like a hawk. I work a pretty physical job, and average about 10,000 steps a day, which is not extreme, but I’d call it maybe semi active.
In the past few days I’ve seemingly gone from 170 to 167 out of nowhere, and I’m a bit concerned.
I’m feeling fine, I definitely welcome the weight loss, but I’m a bit freaked out. Has anyone else had this happen?
I hope I don’t continue losing a lot of weight every day, because then I should probably see a doctor. Currently I’m feeling good but I don’t know if this is normal or not. Like, I literally had takeout last night and my scale shows a pound down from yesterday????
I’ll add that I have normal thirst/hunger. I constantly pee but that’s how I’ve always been and my mom is the same way. I feel completely fine otherwise. It’s just, losing 3 lbs in 2-3 days is slightly….concerning.
Anyone else relate here?
