So, I hit a plateau during the past 7-10 days where I was at 207lbs.
Starting two days ago, I stated peeing like crazy. Clear urine, none to very little color. Not exaggerating, I've probably peed out 2-5 lbs... or at least it's felt that way and thats what the scale says. Every 15-30 minutes at a time, full bladder, good chunk of the day.
I'm not taking supplements, I don't eat processed foods that would be a source of sodium. I do drink a cup of black coffee in the morning, about six ounces, but that's less than the 20oz coffee I used to drink daily with lots of cream and sugar.
I'm not doing anything differently than I've done over the past few months. Hitting the gym 3x a week, walking for cardio.
I have noticed that my weight loss does come in "spurts" where I plateau, for a week, then I lose like 4-5 lbs, then I plateau again.
Because of my bad thyroid, I have blood work done every three months, so I know my blood chemistry is good
What gives?
