I need help picking foods during this pandemic. I'm cooking a lot more junk than I ever have before, Knorr Pasta/Rice sides, mac and cheese, ramen, microwave burritos are basically fueling me right now and I can feel my blood coagulating in my veins. I need healthy, filling, fulfilling snack and meal ideas that will support me.
I'm eating a lot because I'm bored and it's literally killing me.
I want to lose weight to support increased mileage so I can do more backpacking/hiking after this pandemic is over. I need help and I'm not quite sure with where to start to lose weight and increase my fitness and endurance for that.
