5 years ago I started my weight loss journey on this sub. I started as an 88kg high school boy with depression, anxiety, and failing grades. It took 6 months for me to lose 18 of those kilograms, focusing on diet, exercise, and calorie counting. Today I’m back here, having put those back on, and 2 more after. I attribute it to lockdown, losing my mother, and excessive sugar cravings that have been getting progressively worse. This post is more for myself than for the sub in general, making it official helps. Best of luck to everyone here, and I admit, I’d forgotten just how positive a space this community is.
