Road to 70 kg - A weight loss journey.

I am overweight , have been for most of my teenage/adult life really, but during the last few years i managed to maintain (kind of) the same weight.I set goals to myself and started working on them , i even began to see results sometimes but then i fall off track and go back to where i began.it was okay for me as i still managed to get good daily activity and a few workouts in. The last few months however have been a bit hard, especially with covid, i used to walk a lot , go to uni and meet with friends , but it's not the case anymore, as a result i have gained 10 kg on top of my initial weight (that was already higher than my healthy bmi range). I now stand at 105 kg, and i have had enough of it . I want to enjoy my twenties and move freely , wear the clothes i want , experiment with style and try new activities without feeling the overwhelming uncomfort that comes with the extra pounds. That's why i have decided to SERIOUSLY commit to the weight loss this time around , i want to keep myself accountable and reach my goals.

I'm 22 F 173 cm CW:105 kg GW: 70 kg Weight to lose 35 kg I expect to reach my target wight around December/January , i aim to lose it slowly but consistently and most importantly in a healthy manner as i strive to build healthy habits to keep the weight off

I will write out my goals and progress every week , with as many daily check-ins( under that comment)as i can.
