Hi all, F23 here I’ve started weight loss and the first place my body has decided to lose weight from is my butt and my face. It’s so frustrating because those are not the places I need to lose weight from.
I try and incorporate more protein, do weighted jump rope and walking as my exercise. Should I start doing squats? Will that help in not becoming skinny fat? How did you keep toned while weight loss?
I’ve tried my hand at free weight exercises however I don’t think I keep my form right on those... I don’t trust myself enough to do things like push ups etc... Don’t want to get injured by using the wrong form.
Any recommendations?
