Weightloss tips while studying for entrance exams?

F,23, HW: 398lb, CW: 307.6lb , GW: 170lb

Hi loseit friends. I will be starting to study for my entrance exam for dental school. Its very similar to the MCAT and I will be allocating 6 months to studying for it. To give context, I took this exam a year ago and studied for 4 months but during that time, I sat for 8 hours a day, ate like crap, was depressed and stressed, zero exercise, gained like 20lb, in conclusion miserable both mentally and physically.

So this time I have decided to study 6 months, and instead of studying all day, just study 4-5 hours so I can have time to also focus on my weight loss and life in general. I work out 5 times a week and eat at a 1750 calorie deficit. I wanted to see if anyone has some tips to lose weight while being a student. Im not on campus to have the "walk to class" opportunity. I know I should get up every so often to walk around and take a break. Maybe run up and down the stairs, etc. But Im the type of person who needs to focus and when Im in the study zone, its hard to get back into it once broken. I wanted to get one of those adjustable standing desks but they are kind of expensive and not worth only 6 months. I also already have a nice desk. So any tips or advice? I dont want this to be the downfall of of my weight loss journey or stall my progress. I already have a hard time losing weight with the activity level I currently have lol.
