I need help! Should I cut or gain? What is the estimate for my body fat? How do I get my dream body? Details below!

Hello I'm 16 years old, I'm 5'6" and 134.5 lbs

I've been on a weight loss journey, while in quarantine I went crazy with food and bloated to 156.5 lbs.

I've went on a crazy diet since then, at the start it was rough I did an extreme calorie deficit and did a lot of cardio which didn't turn out well.

But after a couple of weeks I fixed that problem, I probably still cut too many calories but I relaxed on working out and was losing weight on a steady pace that wasn't too extreme, and now I've lost around 22 lbs!

While my diet wasn't perfect and I lost A LOT of muscle I also realized I lost a lot of fat too, I still have a fat face but back then it was really rough and I was just HUGE plus now clothes that I had a hard time fitting into is not a problem anymore and I'm very happy abt that!

But now this is my new problem, I'm skinny fat and also have stagnated in terms of weight loss and I really wanna change that.

I've been letting myself go for the last couple of weeks and straying alot from my diet plus I just became too lazy to work out consistently (I work out 2 times a week probably) so I've just been floating around 132-139 (water + food weight)

But now I'm very motivated to stick to a diet plan and work out so I have questions for y'all but before that let me explain some things!

First I don't have a set plan in terms of nutrition, it would be too tough on my family to ask for a whole personal meal plan for me, so my nutrients aren't consistent. I could eat veggies and the right amount of meat one day to just eating McDonald's the next

Secondly this is the most important part, I'm not striving to have a body builder's body or anything like that tbh I'm very happy that my arms and legs look really skinny in pictures (sorry if that sounds weird), it's just that I really want to shed my belly and chest fat so so much.

I don't really care about having a six pack or a humongous chest tbh, while they both would be very nice I just want a nicely toned flat stomach and no little man-boobs. That's really all I could ask for tbh, I guess u could say I want a nicely toned skinny body??

So the questions are 1. Should I cut or gain? 2. What is the estimate for my body fat rn and what should I strive for it to be? 3. How can I achieve the body that I want as I explained before?

Oh and also I'm kinda bloated in these pics cause I just got done with a day of overeating and it's like 11 PM LMFAO but in the morning it's usually the same but sometimes I'm quite skinny when I wake up, it's pretty weird
