I know a lot of people say that they aren’t, but I know lots of people who have had good experiences with them and achieved lasting weight loss.
I want to try using them because I think they’d be really helpful for the last bit of weight I want to lose (only 15 pounds to my goal weight!) but I don’t know if it’s really a real way to lose weight and keep it off. Does anyone have any experience with this, and can you give me any advice about it?
