I need some tips as I seriously lack discipline and always “start from tomorrow” with my diet.
I know WHAT I need to do - be in a caloric deficit, track calories, go for walks, workout 3-4 times a week, eat protein, lift weights, etc.
But I struggle with the HOW - because I just get lazy with going to the gym as it’s cold and dark in the evening so I don’t want to leave the house or there’s a box of chocolates at home that I just can’t resist.
So how do you guys stick to your weight loss plan?
