Currently looking to shop a little better introduce more cooking/homemade into my daily habit.
Current shop is ready meals, frozen chicken, frozen potatoes of some form (chips/fries, waffles). Sandwich Ham et. Basically processed foods.
Now of course these things in moderation are okay and what you buy will vary person to person. But I’m looking to buy a lot less of these things.
What are staples in your weekly shop that you feel someone must’ve go without to aid their weight loss?
Avocados, Eggs, Raw Chicken/Turkey etc.
Currently doing CICO with the aim to bring more Protein in my diet in the near future to then train for my 2nd ever 10k.
