Hello everyone.
I've posted once before while I struggled to lose weight but now tracking food and having accountability with another person has lead me to some success. I've managed to drop from 278lbs to 261lbs since Mid January to the present, I've been consistent in workouts (3 times a week), and I'm at the point where I've lost enough inches that I need to consider new pants.
Here's my problem. Though I've had success I can't help but find myself trying to sabotage my success and even feel angry at the success. I don't know if its some of the external stressors or if the anger and the weight loss are correlated....
Has anyone else had a similar experience? Does anyone have any techniques they've used to get past it?
