Weight loss challenge starting 11th March. Everyone welcome!

Hello everyone, so as we all know summer is very fast approaching and we all want to be in the best shape we can! I personally know that I have a lot of weight to loose as I have a lot happening this year.

So, I have devised a little ‘weight loss challenge’ The rules are as such: - weigh ins every Wednesday - do min 30 mins movement/ excercise a day (this can be anything from walking to going to the gym, everyone is different!) - only drink water, you can sacrifice your other beverages for a little while, tea and coffee is allowed - do your best! Don’t be discouraged. Progress is progress, whether it’s 1lb or 20lbs!

Reply if you are interested and tomorrow morning we will all post our start weights! I will make a new post every Wednesday so we can all update. Feel free to message me if you have any questions.

This challenge will be running from the 11th of March to the 1st of July!

My personal goal is to loose 40-45lbs. What’s yours? ❤️
