I have some anxiety issues and have struggled with depression. While I’m at a place where I don’t need medical intervention to help me manage my symptoms anymore, I was just wondering whether anyone noticed things getting better with weight loss?
Of course I don’t think having weight to lose is a cause of any particular condition and that it’s more complex than that.
I think that my weight has at the very least exacerbated my conditions and would just like to know whether anyone else experienced this, just because it’s really hard to find resources about it online that aren’t ‘lose weight and feel great!’
