Started at 350lbs back in December and am now down to 278lbs. Today I went to put my belt on and cinch it tight and I realized I was out of holes! Looks like I have to go get a new belt this weekend. Also- I've started posting a little bit more on social media recently because I'm feeling better about how I look. Since then I've had 5 girls message me "just to say hi". I'm honestly not trying to brag, but it does feel good to get some attention from the ladies. ( I know, I know /r/humblebrag )

For those curious about how I lost weight; I am doing 8/16IF and Keto. I also do bodyweight exercises 3/4 times a week and 30-45 minutes of cardio the opposite 3/4 days. I hate to say it because no one wants to hear it but in my experience, there is no magical switch that flips for weight loss, its just mental toughness, and every day is a new day to succeed.
