Vance from VShred is a scammer but unless you want to pay for YouTube music you've dot to listen to his pitches a couple times a day. Although much of what he says is potentially harmful bogus there is some clinical study proof backing curcumin, provided it's in the right formulation mix to promote bioavailability, for weight loss.
Tried a few different curcumin products and three caps in AM/three caps at night of Doctor's Recommended brand, which you can get a one-month supply of on Amazon, made a difference for me in terms of body composition and overall 'good feeling' after about two weeks.
Have any of you had similarly positive experiences with this or other curcumin supplements? It's fulfilling for me to see others realize their goals and based on my experience whether it be the above noted product or another similarly legitimate curcumin this supplement can provide a real boost!
