Weight loss plateau

Hi all! I’ve read through some other posts on this but want to know if anyone has any advice for me...

I’m currently around 135lbs, 5’2, F25 and I’m finding this last stone really difficult to lose. The last few weeks my weight has just been fluctuating around the 135lbs mark and it’s so deflating!

I weight everything I eat. My calorie goal is around 1360 calories because I’m fairly active, but some days I’ll eat up to 1600. I track my calorie burn with an Apple Watch and basically aim for a 1000 calorie deficit regardless of what I eat - so if I eat 1600, I’ll burn 2600 for example. Obviously I know the Apple Watch isn’t gonna be totally accurate but I aim for the 1000 deficit for that reason; even if it’s a couple of hundred calories off I’m still going to be in a deficit of some sort so theoretically should lose weight, right?

Admittedly after the last few weeks I’ve had a couple of ‘bad weeks’ where I’ve not really been focused on the nutrition and macros, mainly because I’ve been down about not losing lol. Trying to get back into that and lessening my sugar and increasing my protein etc - could this help? Kind of at a loss and would appreciate any advice!
